Whether helping people get connected, answering questions, guiding people toward baptism, Connect Groups, serving teams, or discipleship opportunities, this team helps others feel supported and confident in their next step.

Connect Group Leaders help create spaces where people can build authentic relationships, grow in their faith, and do life together. By leading discussions, encouraging community, and caring for people within their group, leaders play an important role in discipleship and spiritual growth within the church.

Academy Facilitators help guide and equip people as they grow deeper in their understanding of Scripture, theology, leadership, and spiritual formation. Through teaching, discussion, and mentorship, facilitators help create engaging environments where people can learn and be discipled in their faith journey.
